Orders

Simple as, just visit “The Goods” section. Find a product or design that suits your fancy, pick out the size, how many you want & click “add to cart”. Once you’re ready to go, simply click on that lil’ shopping bag in the top right hand corner and check out. Fill out a few boxes & follow the steps from there to complete your order! And you’re done, sit back & wait for your package to arrive!

If you wish to change your order you can within 24 hours of when your order was placed, past that your order will have to stay as is. If you wish to cancel orders this is only available before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel or offer a refund. To either cancel or change your order reach out through our contact form or email us at hello@hermitclub.co with your Order number.

eg. double charged, no order confirmation etc.
Any other issues we haven't covered in our FAQ in relation to your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch & we'll try sort out a solution specific to your issue. Simply email us at hello@hermitclub.co or submit your problem through our Contact page.  

Products + Stock

Depending on the product, a restock could be anywhere from a couple days to around 4 weeks. If you need a product urgently reach out through our contact form and we may be able to let you know when the restock is coming.

All custom artwork requests are definitely welcome (within reason). We will require some information & time to chat with you about what exactly you’re looking for. Find out more about Custom Artwork requests here! 

Shipping

Shipping within NZ is $8.50
Shipping to Rural Zones is $14
Shipping to Australia is $12
Rest of the World Shipping is $35

Times may vary, our products are made with care and some are made to order so please be patient with us! Once dispatched is should take 2 - 4 days around NZ and for international orders it may take 3 - 14 days.

Yes! If you live in Auckland and you wish to pick up your order from us that is fine, all you have to do is choose that option at checkout. Pick up orders should take 2-4 days to process. Once it’s ready we’ll let you know & send you the address (in the New Lynn area).

Returns

If there is a serious problem with what you have ordered, please get in touch and we will find a way we can remedy the issue, whether thats a return or exchange.

If you have been granted a refund, funds should be returned to you within 2-4 days. Please note funds may not go through until Monday if it is the weekend.
